Mike and his crew are very professional. I have heard horror stories with impact windows manufacturers and installers but from day one everything was great. Timeline from when I left deposit to when windows where installed were spot on. First impressions they look great and the work was done fast. I will revive my post after sometime and let you know how they have held up to the elements.
I recently had my impact windows installed by MVC Windows & Doors (Feb. 2020). The process was made easy thanks to Mike. He was able to walk me through their store display and explain the various styles of windows and doors. When I finally decided in moving forward with the order the wait time was not too long. It took about 4-5 weeks after my down payment to get the windows built to my custom order. Sandy and his laborers installed the windows in one (1) day. I did notice that one of the windows had three (3) screws missing and the latches on my french doors did not close completely. I called Mike/Sandy and informed them about the issues and they were extremely professional and assured me that this will get fixed. One of the laborers came back that same day and installed the missing screws. Sandy personally fixed the latches. Overall great experience and glad I was able to do my windows with them after searching for months on a vendor to go with. Do yourself a favor, stop doing research and go with Mike and Sandy.
I have no words to express how satisfied I am with the job they did. From the beginning they were very professional and made these whole process a lot easier than I thought it would be. Not only my house looks a lot better, I also know is very well protected with the best impact doors available in the market. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their doors or windows with a stronger and more stylish ones
