A unit is measured, priced and ordered in an afternoon. Getting the three of them to agree is what takes the weeks, and it is the part of the job nobody selling you a window wants to talk about.
It is not an add-on to the sale and it is not a line on the quote. It is the part of the sale that is actually difficult, and the price we give you already has it in it.

The part of an impact job that has nothing to do with glass. We file it, follow it and close it, and the Certificate of Completion goes to you — not into a filing cabinet.
Questions about our services
Which service do I need?
There are two of them and they answer different questions. Residential and Commercial say which lines belong in your building and what the order turns on — a house and a townhouse and a mid-rise are not the same job. Permits and Approvals says what has to be agreed before any of it is manufactured, and it covers all three bodies that get a say: the building department, the association board where there is one, and the architect or general contractor on a commercial project.
Do you install the windows as well?
No. We sell and supply impact windows and doors, and we handle the paperwork around the order. The anchoring detail on the approved drawing is what whoever installs it has to follow.
Is the paperwork an extra charge?
No. There is no permit line and no expediting fee on our quotes. Everything on this page is inside the price we give you for the job.
Can you work with the contractor I have already hired?
Yes, and it is a common arrangement. Tell us at the estimate. We will build the window and door schedule against the openings they measured, so the Notice of Acceptance on the drawing is the one for the unit that actually turns up.
